2. What can we do as educators or what can the school environment do to prevent racism among students? How can we raise student awareness of and/or generate a true understanding of the more subtle or more systemic incidents of racism?

Welcome to The New York City Writing Project’s Workshop Series Online. Here is where we will post comments, questions, ideas and feedback. Let’s start with a reflective question about the Workshop Series so far:What activities, discussions or assignments have resonated with you so far? What has remained with you to think about or use in your teaching life? Or, simply, what have we done or talked about that you are still thinking or wondering about? Please add a comment by Wed. 5/14.
